Features
Everything Zestly does today. Each item was tested live on a test store; every feature was last checked on November 1, 2026.
Points on orders
Points for every paid order, with rules for collections and products, order milestones, punch cards and store credit cashback. When an order is refunded, its points are taken back.
Rewards redeemed with points
Fixed amount or percentage discounts, free shipping, discounts on a product or a collection, store credit and gift cards. Customers redeem with points; from the member's card you can redeem or cancel for them.
Points for sign-up, newsletter, birthday and other actions
Points for joining the program and the newsletter, birthdays, membership anniversaries, social media, visiting a page and actions you define.
Members: list, card and operations
The list of members and each customer's card with balance and activity; your staff adjust points, exclude or re-enroll a customer and merge two customers into one.
Change log with undo
Every change to the program, rules, rewards and members, and who made it. A change can be undone for 180 days; the log keeps 13 months.
Export and erasure of a customer's data
From the member's card you export a customer's data or erase it. Customers see their own data in «My data», in the widget and on the rewards page.
Bulk actions and activity export
Actions on many members at once, with undo. Every points and store credit movement of the program, newest first. The CSV export holds the same movements, with the Shopify customer ID and never names or emails.
Program page with frequently asked questions
A program page on your store with frequently asked questions. Zestly writes these questions from your program and updates them on their own when you change rules, rewards and settings. You can hide or rewrite them in each language: a rewritten text stays as you wrote it, so read it again when you change the program.
Rewards widget in the store
A rewards button on every page of your store, turned on from the theme editor without touching code: customers see their balance, rewards and ways to earn, redeem and apply the code to their cart. Plus blocks for the product page, the cart and the header.
Rewards page in the customer account
The Loyalty Hub is the rewards page in the customer's account: balance, rewards, codes, activity and personal data. The app guides you through adding it to the account menu and tells you whether customers can reach it.
Points on the thank-you page
On the thank-you page and the order status page, customers see the points their order brings them.
VIP tiers
VIP tiers reward your best customers with perks that grow tier by tier, with an automatic discount at checkout. Each tier can give a points multiplier, an entry gift and reserved rewards.
Referrals
With referrals, customers bring friends with their code: the friend gets a discount, the referrer a reward. Suspicious cases go to a queue you review.
Program emails
The program's emails: welcome, points, rewards, expiry, tiers, referrals and a monthly summary, with your store's logo and colours. Marketing emails go to customers who accepted them or, if you turn on soft spam with your declaration, also to customers who have bought and not refused them; they can be unsubscribed in one click. Editable templates with a preview and a test send, and sends to all members.
Control group
A share of members, picked at random, does not receive marketing communications: you compare the two groups and see the program's effect, with its margin of error.
Program analytics
Overview, revenue and costs, points and rewards, members, tiers, referrals and emails, with exports; the value of outstanding points for your accountant; tips computed from your numbers and scheduled reports.
Paid memberships
Paid memberships of the program, with a plan and its product in your store: buyers get the subscriber's tier and discount at once and the membership's emails. You can also grant a membership from the member's card.
API and webhooks
A REST API with scoped keys and signed webhooks to your systems, documented with OpenAPI.
Shopify Flow
Zestly sends its events to Shopify Flow, such as “Points earned”, and answers Flow's actions: give or take points and reward a review.
Migration from another app
Import from a file balances, pending points, birthdays and who does not want the program's emails: you see a preview with the totals first, and an import can be undone. On switch day, «Recover the switch's orders» gives points to the orders paid between turning the old app's earning off and turning Zestly on, up to 60 days back.
Timed campaigns
Campaigns of a few days with multiplied points or sales reserved for members.
Name day
Points on the customer's name day, from the Italian calendar and the customer's first name.
Check-ins, streaks, missions and badges
Daily check-ins, streaks, missions and badges, with no prize draws: every reward is the same for everyone.
A/B tests
Tests by periods: Every customer has the same offer at the same moment: over 8–16 periods of 7 or 14 days, half of the periods, drawn at random, have the more generous offer you test, the others today's program. Then you compare the periods with your store's real numbers.
Affiliates
Influencers, creators, blogs and partner shops bring customers with their code and link and receive a commission on the net orders. Zestly records and computes; you pay, outside Zestly, with the list ready.
Launch page
What customers see, who hears about it and when the program starts: a list computed now, no step is required. The program is on from the install: here you pause it and restart it, quietly or with an announcement to members.
