Pay for active members, not orders.

Prices in US dollars, billed by Shopify every 30 days; Shopify shows you the estimated amount in your currency. Every feature is on every plan: plans differ only in the number of active members.

A member is active when, in the last 30 days, they placed an order or redeemed a reward with points. Members who don't buy and customers outside the program don't count.

Nothing is blocked over the limit: you see it in the app at once, after 30 days in a row you get an email, and after 60 days in a row only the marketing emails to customers stop (reminders, occasions, campaigns, announcements and digests). Points, rewards, program changes, the widget, customer pages and service emails never stop.

Prices in US dollars. The amount shown on Shopify's plan page when you choose a plan is the one that applies.
