VIP tiers, referrals and campaigns
VIP tiers
In Program › VIP tiers you set the ladder of tiers and the tier's automatic discount, and see how many members each tier has.
Each tier can give a points multiplier, an entry gift and rewards reserved for that tier and the ones above.
Referrals
In Growth › Referrals you set the offer and follow the results: with their code a customer brings a friend, the friend gets a discount and the referrer a reward.
With the starting setting of «Fraud checks», referrals with suspicious signals go to «To review» before the reward: you approve or reject them.
Campaigns
In Growth › Campaigns you create campaigns of a few days, with multiplied points or sales reserved for members.
