Program emails
The program's emails
On the Emails page you turn the program's emails on and choose which to send: welcome, points, rewards, expiry, tiers, referrals and a monthly summary. Marketing emails go to customers who accepted them on Shopify. If your privacy notice allows it, you can turn on soft spam, with your declaration: then they also go to customers who have bought and not refused them. Every marketing email can be unsubscribed in one click.
Logo and colours
Your store's logo and colours are set on the same page. A colour that is hard to read on its background is refused.
Templates
The automatic emails' templates are edited in blocks, with a preview and a test send; you can always go back to the original text. The program's announcement and notices are written in their own form instead, in «Sends to members».
Sends to members
On the Emails page, in «Sends to members», you send a one-off email to every active member: «Announce the program» or «Write a program notice». To send an email, tick the members in the list (up to 100). To write to every active member, use “Sends to members” on the Email page. Before starting the send you see the preview and, if you like, make a test send.
